A webinar subscription is much better value than purchasing individual webinars.

However, I would think that Sales is the best place to ask about your purchases and whether you can be given a new link for the downloads.

They shouldn't be corrupting - do you mean that the PDFs are locked and you can't unlock them again with the code?

I've bought webinars and quick guides not realizing that I had to download them the week I purchased them. Going back later, I couldn't download them. What a surprise!

Even when I do download things, they corrupt after a certain period of time and can't be used then. Since all the webinars say "purchase" not "lease," and I can't find anywhere or figure out the policy, where do I find the ground rules? Any help will be appreciated.
