Laura,
A webinar subscription allows you to watch any webinar once you've
signed in and as many as you like while you are subscribed. You can also
download the notes for each webinar.
You can't watch them offline though. That's why there is the option for
people to purchase individual webinars.

Thanks, Cathy.
I do have a webinar subscription but never found a set of rules that
govern the site. So I haven’t understood what was happening. I’ll
contact sales.
I have been a webinar subscriber since last fall but only in early
2017 purchased Legacy once I realized that is really the program to
use, so I guess I’ll be in on the discussions from time to time with
software pertinent questions.

Laura,
A webinar subscription is much better value than purchasing individual
webinars.
However, I would think that Sales is the best place to ask about your
purchases and whether you can be given a new link for the downloads.
They shouldn't be corrupting - do you mean that the PDFs are locked
and you can't unlock them again with the code?

I know this isn't about Legacy software but I am a new user and I
can't find the answer to my question on the website. Maybe someone can
help me.
I've bought webinars and quick guides not realizing that I had to
download them the week I purchased them. Going back later, I couldn't
download them. What a surprise!
Even when I do download things, they corrupt after a certain period of
time and can't be used then. Since all the webinars say "purchase" not
"lease," and I can't find anywhere or figure out the policy, where do
I find the ground rules? Any help will be appreciated.
