Ian, if you have a website to upload to, you can create your web pages in Legacy. I have a TNG site thru the Guild of One-name Studies, but i plan to create web pages in Legacy and upload it to my website, (If I can remember where it is!) The TNG site is for my one-name study. I have a rather large collection of dead relatives for my own use. Try the Legacy help section. It has a very good explanation .
