Your Legacy program is installed exactly where it should be, in the
Program files path. Your data is also in the Legacy 9.0 default location
in your documents path.
Response time for Legacy 9.0 can be affected by some of your options
like display of Hints and potential problems on screen. It takes time
for Legacy to find and display those. If the delays bother you turn off
display of Potential problems and Hints then check response times.
