No, Win 10 works just fine with the MS help system and therefore Legacy 9's
help file.

 

Have you checked the Legacy 9 install directory to see that Legacy Help
(Legcay9.chm) is present? The default install location is probably
c://Program Files (x86)/Legacy9. You will find the Legacy9.chm file in that
Legacy9 folder.

I've just upgraded to Legacy9 from 8 and can't open the Help Index - either
from the Help Tab or under Support on the Legacy Home tab. All that happens
is that it goes to a Microsoft page to diagnose why the Help app won't open

 

I'm using Windows 10 - which appears not to support the Help program

 

What is the solution pls
