Having created a shortcut on Desktop as was suggested, I've deleted it and
the Help is still working!! So haven't had to reboot - strange!

Jack,

Reboot your computer and your Help File should then be active.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Help file in Legacy 9

I've just upgraded to Legacy9 from 8 and can't open the Help Index - either
from the Help Tab or under Support on the Legacy Home tab. All that happens
is that it goes to a Microsoft page to diagnose why the Help app won't open

I'm using Windows 10 - which appears not to support the Help program

What is the solution pls

Jack
