There isn't a shortcut to swap but you can drag and resize those two
windows and so you can swap their sides.
Better is to know which file you want on which side. If the one you're
in when you go to Split Screen isn't the one you want on the left, when
asked whether to open another file, simply say No and then highlight the
left window and use File - Open file to open the one you want.
