I'm using "The Complete Genealogy Reporter" (TCGR) to create such a report. I export my whole file (30 000 persons) to Gedcom and import it to TCGR. Then I select a person and request a report for his/her ancestors X generations backward. (or descents forward) with cousins, second cousins, uncles aunts etc.
