I did not share the story.  Also, I looked at the option you reference and I do 
not have a option to turn off spouse's stories only children.  What now?  Susan

Did you share the story with the wife? That may be why the story is 
repeated for her. If the share is the cause you can eliminate the 
duplication by not sharing.

There is also an option on the notes and stories tab of the report 
options where spouse's and children's stories can be turned on and off. 
If you keep the share then try using those options and see how the 
report works.
