There's a link to your membership page at the bottom of every email from the list - where you can "To manage your subscription and unsubscribe http://legacyusers.com/mailman/listinfo/legacyusergroup_legacyusers.com";
There are some other options

You may have been sent a password when you subscribed. However you don't need one. If you don't have a password, you can unsubscribe by filling in your email address at the bottom and clicking unsubscribe and then confirming the email you receive.
That's really the only thing you can do on this page.

The email may have been genuine if you've been trying to email the list in the last few days, but otherwise not.

I have received an email purporting to come from this group, informing
me that my membership of the group has been disabled "due to excessive
bounces", whatever that means. I am then given various links through
which I can re-enable my membership, and am told that I can visit my
membership page (I didn't know I had one!), and even tells me my
password, which seems rather odd. All in all, this looks to me like a
scam. Can anyone throw any light on this?
