I did define the Event Sentence Definitions, and at the bottom of the Edit Event screen the sentence reads as I want it to read but when I create a Family Group Sheet/Individual Record or Share that Event it reads in the list style. Open the Report options and then click the Report Options button Go to the Format tab and click the Event Narrative Format. It sounds as if it is set on List. If not, you actually have more than one Event and they have differnet Event Definitions. Check at View - Master Lists - Event Definition.
