For 1) >From the top row of tabs click on this sequence: SEARCH > FIND > Detailed Search. Next screen: Look for Whom: Individual; Where to look Tag _(enter the tag # you used); How to look: Equal to; What to look for: tagged Be sure to check the top radio button to "Clear List before this search" Now, click on box "Create List"
At the top left is how many people have that tag number. Click on Options box at the bottom; about half way down is "Print:" That's it. 2) I hope someone else has steps for this - I've not had success with this kind of list and I've been trying to figure it out too.
