Robert,
You use the Print from the Name List/Search List. Print in Legacy 9 is
under the Options button.
You can choose lots of different fields to include but you can only
order by RIN or UserID, Given Name or Surname.
You can save to csv and then sort in a spreadsheet by any other field.
Dates are then an issue. I think it's best to change to the yyyy-mm-dd
format in Options - Customise 5.1 first.
To include just a tag list, the easiest way is to open the Name List and
then click the Search button and Show all tagged #.

Forgive me if this is a duplicate - I rcvd an error when I clicked
SEND the first time and I don't think the first one every got delivered.
It has been a while since I've worked in Legacy. I'm sure I used to
do this, but right now I just can't figure it out:
1) printout and/or export:
* How do I get a printout and/or an export of either the name list or
the index?
* And how do I get that printout (or export) to only include a certain
tag?
2) Display:
On the display of the name list and/or on the index, is it possible to
change the SORT to a specific column? For example, sort by tag 9,
then by name? Or sort by Birth Date? etc.
