I have been using Legacy 8 on my Laptop with Win 10 for two years. Suddenly last week it stopped working.
I uninstalled it and reinstalled the last downloaded file I had and got "Error Opening Message File. Could not lock file" I then again uninstalled it and downloaded the latest updated file with the same error. Even tried the suggested action on the help file but joy. Regards Ludwig
