Hi Cathy. How can I Replace files at Legacy 9. I was working on my computer this morning and I had checked on my file at Legacy 9 and went on to look at my Emails and all of a sudden I lost my Legacy files from the master file. There were 5 separate files there and only one left and it is the Sample file of Geoff Rasmussen's. I had them on backup but they were no longer there- the names were gone. I also have a Backup via an External Hard Drive as well, but NOTHING LEFT but the one file. I have lost approx. 26000 names that I have filed over the last 8 months. I NEED HELP !!!!
