Two days ago while using Legacy my computer froze while I was in the process of generating a chart and as I was unable to restart it, I had to perform a hard shutdown.
The forced shutdown does not appear to have caused any data corruption in any of my numerous family files but now the Descendant Standard chart (neither horizontal nor vertical orientation) will generate, only a few disjointed short line fragments in the center of the otherwise empty chart. All of the other charts still seem to work ok, even the Males Only Descendant Charts. At the time when the computer froze, a number of error message appeared but I was only able to capture one of the messages: Access violation at address 00A459C1 in module 'LegacyCharting.exe'. Read of address 00000057. My version of Legacy shows in The File Properties as: Version: 8.0.0.352 Build Date: 22 Nov 2013 Any advice or guidance would be much appreciated, Regards, Wally Lee
