I don't know oif this helps you, but this is what it says under help abouit unlocking the DeLuxe version.
The next time you start up Legacy, click the Unlock Now button, enter your name and password and click the Unlock button. That's all there is to it. The problem for me giving any more answer is I do have the Deluxe version so I don't get the question when I start Legacy if I want to unlock Legacy. I am unable to select the correct response. I am 80 years old and having aCterrible time getting the deluxe on my program so I can print numerous pages to take to an archivist on this Monday. Need to be able to have the entire DELUXE feature installed by then. Why is this SO DIFFICULT?
