No it did not!
There was a fix to the links to Legacy News in the News Title bar but
the updating of the news items is not included. To see the latest news
you have to click on the News title link to open the web site.

Looking at upcoming Webinars shows me that there will be a new one,
this coming Tuesday (August 20th).
I would say that it'll probably update Monday but if it goes into
Tuesday and is still not updated, then I'd put in a support ticket.
It's not a great answer but will tell us for sure.

Is this just happening to me or is it another symptom of continuing
problems at Legacy? Legacy Hints still doesn't work for me after
more than 3 months. Any suggestions or hopeful news for either
problem?
