The only selection option Legacy has ever had for events in reports has
been based on privacy settings. Events can be set as private and then
they will be excluded unless you elect to include private events in the
report.

I can see the inclusion of ALL or exclusion of all bu not the selective
inclusion. I do not want to use the private feature.
