My discussion was with Ken McGinnis and Dave.
You can exclude all event using the event option on the FGS by three categories 
but must exclude all of them.
for example events for children.

The only selection option Legacy has ever had for events in reports has
been based on privacy settings. Events can be set as private and then
they will be excluded unless you elect to include private events in the
report.
