On a couple of occasions I have fixed a sticky problem by re-downloading the Legacy Program, this replaces any gliches and just seems to work, BUT if all else fails (as the saying goes) go to "Legacy Home" and "Submit a Support Ticket", the experts there have helped me on many an occasion, you will need to enter some of your license information, but all is easy really.

I had done that a couple of weeks ago, but since I had been trying the guidance given me this a.m., I did it again. It definitely speeded it up, so thanks for your advice. However, I still have the same issue.

Everything is fine as far as Windows updates etc goes. I have used Legacy for years and never had this issue before. It began about a month ago or so and is just driving me crazy.
