Hi Cathy, Thank you. Going via Customise 9.2 solved the problem with saving. I hope you can help with a related problem: I do not want gradient colors anywhere in the Family View. The only way I found of doing this was to select the "vintage" color scheme which does not have gradient colors for the parents or children. I would however like to change those colors in the Family View but I cannot work out how to do it. The main color I would like to change is the framework around all the boxes. I have played around with the options in the "Other User-Interface Colors, but seem to be going around in circles.
