Roy, If you are computer savvy and know how to use regedit then there may be a hack around this if the issue is the TPM 2.0 (Trusted Platform Monitor). Basically, it is an onboard chip to help protect your computer. It is possible to install one 'after-market' but I am sure that would void any warranty you may have. I believe that sometimes they are onboard but just not activated. I would contact the people you bought the computer off and ask them if yours has one.
