Although not in this case, but it can be perfectly OK to have 2 MRINS for one couple.
I have a couple where they got married twice within 6 weeks. Not found the reason yet, but likely there was an error in the pro ess of the first marriage. There again a couple might divorce and later remarry (make your mind up time!)
