Hi Ian, Thank you for our input and your interest in this matter. This past
Saturday I deleted the "Copy" and copy2" record from the listing in Family
Files successfully. I   didn't want to complicate my question so I didn't
mention I had this same Family which is the master family in my PC under a
different name.
I appreciate your input very much.
