The Year 2000 problem is a PC problem, NOT Legacy.  Legacy probably uses the
default date of the computer, which is the "short date" format (only 2
digits on older computers and then converts it).  To fix the problem, go to
Control Panel, Regional Settings, select the 'Date' Tab and change the SHORT
date format from m/d/yy to mm/dd/yyyy.  This will fix the problem if your
computer is Y2K compliant.  If this does not work, your PC's CMOS is NOT Y2K
compliant and will need to be upgraded or replaced.  Hope this is helpful!
