I have used one citation for a birth, baptism, and death on one individual. For the death, I added a detail comment, "baptismal record annotated with death date." In the Modified Register and Descendant Reports, these citations print okay (or at least I think they are as they should be). For the birth and baptism these reports show the same source (15) as originally entered. For the death, they show (16) ibid [baptismal record annotated with death date]. In the Family Group Sheet, the birth and baptism show the same source (7). For the death, it skips (8) and jumps to (9) ibid [record annotated with death date]. In the source citations section it shows (7) with the citation as I originally entered it, (8) ibid [record annotated with death date], and (9) [record annotated with death date }. There is no (8) in the born/baptized/died data section. What have I done wrong? Thanks, Kay |
