I found my gedcom file had attached text to every marriage which only applied to a single event. I had more than 5,000 marriages with unwanted text. I was ultimately able to delete the unwanted text by using the Search and Replace feature where the unwanted text was pasted into the Find box and the Replace box was left empty. Perhaps someone with more Legacy experience might know if this would also be the method for you to use. Best regards, Henry Sutliff
