Exactly! There does seem to be a mind-set amongst users who were perhaps
conditioned (as I was) by earlier programs eg. PAF 2+, where only four data
entry points where the "norm". Then you were limited as to how you could
enter a location. And to facilitate "searching" it was necessary to have
everything "slotted" correctly. Modern programs, like Legacy have no such
entry restrictions, so it is case of enter what suits you and those you
exchange records with. Great!

Why not put name of the cemetery [If Known] in the Place/Address field of
the [Buried] entry for the individual entry on the family view?

Buried [Field1] Date [Field 2] Place Name & Address

ie: Buried 11 Jan 1862 City of London Cemetery , Ilford

or Buried[20 Jan 1941 Manor Park Cemetery, Sebert road, Manor Park,
London

Why is the PLACE name not a good place to put the name of the
Cemetery/Church/Property/Residence, etc.? Is it not part of the "location"?

Or add a field that states Cemetery name.....

I like you, do not feel the location field is the place for the cemetery
name.
