Before the sorting functions that are in the current version existed,
entering in Church names, etc. caused problems. If you are consistent in
entering this type of information into the location field, you may find that
Legacy works fine for you.

For that matter, you could put address information in there too as long as
you always enter the locations from 'most -> least' or from 'least -> most'
significant keeping the proper number of commas handy and making sure that
you set the sorting appropriately (L-R or R-L).

I'll stick with my old way (city, county, etc.) though - it makes sharing
data much easier...

Subject: [LegacyUG] Full description of location in PLACE

Why is the PLACE name not a good place to put the name of the
Cemetery/Church/Property/Residence, etc.? Is it not part of the "location"?

I like you, do not feel the location field is the place
for the cemetery name.
