Further frustrating my patience is that some three or so weeks after ordering the Deluxe package (which I did "open" on-line), I ordered the video. Needless to say, the video arrived in good fashion. This leads me to wonder if the problem is with the CD as was refered to earlier. I have no desire to gripe about Millennium (they are great), only raise the question as others have about what might have happened with those mid-December orders that have yet to arrive. Hopefully, once I send this, I will go down to the mailbox and find my materials. Ain't that the way it always happens? Tom Park
