Just for my two cents.....I agree, BOTH should be cited. We all would like
a short cut on where to look. It is even nicer if you exchange copies of
your documentation, that helps keep the cost down. I know some people do
not like to give copies of their documentation, but maybe an exchange would
be appropriate?
