It does work - I used it and received back info on my Patriot in less than a
day. The info agreed with what I had already developed.
In the right hand col of www.dar.org is a link for "Patriot Lookup Service"
which takes you to
http://www.dar.org/cgi-bin/natsociety/pi_lookup.cfm
where there is a form near the bottom of the page, that you can fill out.
