I think the problem is that you will need to save the new backup with a different name (I use the backup data after the file name, for example). However, I do not always back up unless I have made some changes (and frankly only then if the changes are ones I could not remember or recover until I do the next back up). After about three backups of the same file I then delete the oldest one, leaving only the latest two in my Legacy backup). All of this is just my method and there may be much better ideas from someone else. Loran in Indiana
