Please restart your PC and make certain that a formatted disk is inserted to the drive and that the write protection is turned off. Also make certain that the drive has not failed/crashed. You could also try deleting the contents of the C:\Windows\Temp folder on the hard drive. If that fails, try reinstalling your program with the REPAIR option selected.
