Well, hopefully the dust will settle soon. I really don't think that this
should be a very difficult problem to fix. The rest of the program is so
great that it won't hurt me to be patient a little longer.

Hi,

I concur that this is a problem. Actually, it is much more of a problem
than you have described!

Yes, there are some formatting problems for anyone with ONLY a given name
or a surname and a suffix title. (All examples assume that customizations
set to insert comma before suffix title.) (All tests done with Descendant
Book Report only, others probably the same.) (I do not see any problems -
yet - when both given and surnames exist.)

Report Preview, PDF, Printout, RTF*, Web (all give same result)

                           Only Surname Only Given Name

Title Page OK Space before Comma

Page Header OK Space before Comma

Biography Paragraph Space between, No space,
                           No Comma No Comma

as spouse in Bio OK Space before Comma

as child in Bio Space between, No space,
                           No Comma No comma

* RTF file gives some additional text that looks like RTF commands, but it
does print out.

But these types of spacing / formatting problems also occur in family view,
chronology view and report, and some other places.
