Lisa... I leave intact the message thread for the past couple which DID come through as html. The problem is, in large part (ok, imho), AOL. They presumably have 24-hr toll free support available to their members... maybe you should give them a call... find out their recommendations... try them out... if they work, post them here... and ... well, if not... find another ISP? ;)
