Thanks for the info Lill, but that doesn't work either. Still receiving the error message. I have no problem connecting to the internet when I click on home page or genealogy lessons in the menu. Just the automatic update. I've tried this with Netscape 4.7, Netscape 6.1 and Opera. All give the same error.
