Actually, according to Options-Customize-View, the choice is one of the 
term to use for Christening, not whether it's the Christening Field or 
Baptism  Event to display ...

If you add an event Baptism to an individual it will show as Baptism in the 
lower panel of the Individual Panel display and not under Birth regardless 
of whether you set the display below Birth to be Christening or Baptism.
