Are you printing a report? Labels? We need more detail as there are a lot of options to print addresses.
Reports > Books/Other > Address Labels On the tab "What to Print", be sure the options you want are selected. Also be sure to check your label size and if you want to print a report listing rather than labels, under the tab "Custom Size" towards the bottom is a selection "print in report format" Of course, you can format the font sizes - if you're printing labels you have the option to include pictures and place them where you want them. My list and labels both have printed out just as I specified!
