Just a thought - might be nice if when you go to edit sentence definitions, the one that applies is highlighted somehow - so if only description and date are filled in, and you click to edit the sentence definition, the option for " description and date" is highlighted. I always have to read carefully to edit the right one, and still sometimes do the wrong one. Of course, this would be the gourmet icing on the gourmet cake :-)
