Then we have St. Louis. The City of St. Louis, Missouri is all by itself, no
County government. St. Louis County, in sort of a crescent, surrounds that
part of St. Louis City not bounded by the Mississippi river and has all
sorts of municipalities in the County. Will leave the editorial comments to
another day.
