I would vote for a user option to print or not print unused/blank lines in all reports.

Oops!!
I guess deleting blank lines wouldn't save any ink, would it?  But it would
save a lot of paper for large reports, and perhaps there would be a way that
the compiler would have a choice as to what spacing he/she would like.
