yes, you can add links to other web pages, just put the html-code in 
notes.  I put the links in Medical notes (which I don't use for other 
purposes), and it works like a charm for descendant web pages.  Under the 
wording tab, I change "Medical notes:" to "Links:".
I also tried this for the pedigree style, but it dosn't use the substituted 
"Links:" for "Medical notes:".  Anyway you should be able to put in the 
hyperlinks.
See the example below (don't mind the Norwegian text):

�a href="../bilder/oceanic.htm"�Bilde/omtale av skipet han reiste til 
Amerika med i 1907�/a�

This link refers to a picture on my own site, but the same goes for remote 
sites.
