Arthur, You will be charged customs and duty if you buy the boxed version. You will also have delivery charges. Millennia allows one to buy the manual as a downloadable file (.pdf).
Since you have the standard version, then you already have the deluxe version. You just need a code/key to unlock the features. Why not buy the key (register for the deluxe) and buy the downloadable manual? That way, no waiting and no custom fee.
