I can say that I have had problems with Customs duty. I ordered a
disc with Legacy on it from a local retailer (New Zealand), and paid
for Deluxe. It came with the book. If you already have Legacy on your
sysyem and it's a newer build that what's on the disc then you can
just unlock Deluxe.
If you are concerned about the possibility of customs charges, I'm
sure that the staff at Millenna could tell you where you could order
it in the UK.
I strongly recommend upgrading to Deluxe.
