I can't open up my Legacy program. Double clicking on the shortcut didn't work. I went into Windows Explorer and tried to open it from there. It seems to be there, but does not open. I'm new with Legacy, (just two weeks) but never had any trouble before. I did just install a new Antivirus and Firewall program. Would that have caused the problem? Any ideas how to fix it? If I download it again, will I lose my files?
