Marie, I have used the detail text extensively for census and it works very well with the clipboard. I enter the entire entry as shown on the census microfilm. I have never used it for a baptism certificate, and if you do enter something for one, perhaps it should just be a short recap of what the certificate says. You could try it and look at the results, then decide if you like it. Perhaps select a family group sheet report and do a print preview of it to decide. Another use might be a direct quote from a page in a book. Helen
