Had you moved or changed the file names of any of the pictures that are
linked in Legacy?  That could cause the links to get "lost".

Subject: [LegacyUG] Missing data in multimedia backup


Whenever I run the backup multimedia files, Legacy returns the message that 


"Backup is complete but there are some missing multimedia files. You should
run a check for missing files available from the Options, Customise menu."

However, on running the above instruction it seems to me that the
photographs are still there but have lost their tags (file name etc). The
link can be re-established by manually re-identifying the pictures etc and
retyping the names.

Anybody encountered this and do they have a work round?
