Yes, it is. If you want a list of only a certain surname, use the search utility. If you go into that screen from John Smith, and then select Jones, you will find you are looking at John Jones, and this, if not caught could create a real mess in a hurry. The only thing that I do with that, is find out how many have the surname. Rich in LA CA
